A NEW JOURNEY: Jeremy’s debut album is a compilation of music that he composed and recorded at age 14. These piano compositions—augmented by drums, bass, sax, guitar, oboe, English horn, and flute—were inspired by the beauty of the Olympic Peninsula and by the Creator, God, to whom he attributes his gift in music. The sounds of Nancy Rumbel (2003 Grammy winner, Best New Age Album) can be heard on several pieces. A New Journey is currently being used by massage therapists, chiropractors, and even in hospitals, to help relax patients during treatment.

This holiday release features unique, contemporary arrangements of traditional Christmas music, in an album designed much like A New Journey. “I had a lot of fun with this project. I wanted to take these familiar melodies and turn them into original compositions. The result is a group of arrangements that are genuinely unique and easy to listen to.” This recording also introduces a couple of Jeremy’s new “toys” – the pennywhistle and the djembe (pronounced “jem-bay”) – giving the arrangements an added freshness.
